Refreshing Moringa Powder Mojito Mocktail Recipe

Minty, citrusy, and the perfect accompaniment to chips and guac. Nothing quite beats the light and refreshing taste of a mojito. If you're not interested in adding the extra calories from rum, or prefer to steer clear of alcohol as a whole, we've got the perfect recipe for you: Refreshing Moringa Mojito Mocktails. Cocktails, without the booze AND with a boost in vitamins. Who says Sunday fundays can't also be healthy days, too? 


Ingredients: 

  • 4~5 Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice 
  • 2 tablespoon Agave syrup or your choice of liquid sugar substitute
  • 2 teaspoons Moringa Powder
  • 1/2 cup Sparkling water, ginger ale, or club soda
  • Ice optional

    Instructions:

    1. In a tall glass, add 4~5 fresh mint leaves and 2 tablespoons lime juice. Muddle them together by gently mashing down with a spoon 3 to 4 times to release the juices
    2. Add 2 teaspoons Moringa Powder
    3. Add 2 tablespoon Agave syrup or your choice of liquid sugar substitute
    4. Add 1/2 cup sparkling water, ginger ale, or club soda
    5. Stir ingredients together for 30 seconds or until all ingredients are combined
    6. Fill up the reminder of your glass with ice
    7. Garnish with lime slices, sprigs of mint, or fresh fruit
