FRESH JUICE SERIES – Basic Green Juice

If you are not accustomed to drinking juices on a regular basis, we suggest you start with this very basic green juice recipe.

 

  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 3 handfuls spinach
  • 5 leaves of kale
  • 1 tablespoon moringa powder
  • I apple (to sweeten)
  • I ginger (if you like to spice it up)

 

Add a teaspoon of sea salt in water and rinse vegetables. Throw into juicer and juice. Serves 2.
