Moringa Coconut Banana Bread Minis
By shop Miracle in the Green Admin |
I know, they look like muffins. They are not. I initially referred to them as rolls. They also aren't. I decided to call them what they really are which are 'minis'. How it came about was instead of making a huge loaf of banana bread, I decided to make them in bite sizes. Stress-free and easy to navigate. The recipe is below. Enjoy!
This is one of our favorites and a great way to sneak in the veggies for kids. YUMTASTIC....!!!
