MIRACLE Aloe

Growing up in Nigeria, I loved growing my own Aloe Vera in our backyard. That’s right the spiky green plants that date back through the times of Cleopatra who applied the gel on her body as part of her beauty regimen. The ancient Greeks used Aloe Vera for baldness. My mom bought them from the local market. My mom and I used it as facial masks. I never like the gooey feel but the results were fantastic and made up for not so nice feel on the face. Native American called it the Wand of Heaven. It reverses the signs of aging and wrinkles. I love using Aloe after a day at the beach. It soothes and heals sunburns. It contains a cooling effect like menthol.

Ingredients:
4 stalks kale
4 stalks chard
1/2 cup fresh parsley
1/2 cup aloe vera juice
1/2 dandelion greens
1 banana
3 pears
3 cups water

Juice or Blend lemon, aloe vera juice , water, ginger, add lemon to taste
