A simple go to guacamole recipe that makes you beg for more. Great with plantain chips.
4 avocados, pitted, peeled and scooped into bowl
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons minced red onion
1 tablespoon moringa powder
1 ripe tomato, chopped
1Â½ lime juiced
1Â½ cup chopped cilantro
Â¼ cup red peppers, peeled, and diced (optional)
Combine ingredients in a bowl and mash with fork until coarsely blended.
