Moringa Cleansing Oil

Recipe:
1/3 Cup Baby Mild Castile Soap (Unscented)
2/3 Cup Distilled Water
1 TBSP Jojoba Oil (or grapeseed)
3 drops Lavender Essential Oil
6 drops Melaleuca (tea tree) Essential oil
5 drops of 100% Pure Moringa Oil

Recipe Directions: First, combine the jojoba oil and the essential oils of your choosing into the soap pump. Then add the soap, water, and jojoba oil into the soap pump and swirl it all together.

Turmeric will not stain your face but could stain your clothes and your fingers so be careful to wear gloves and an old shirt when applying this mixture if you choose to include turmeric in the mixture. I was the type of cook that made everything from scratch. So for a long time it took me forever to make salads until my mom taught me this simple way of whipping them up in minutes. First, I must say that there’s nothing wrong with making food from the scratch. However, if you have time constraints you might want to take the faster route.

TIP: Buy vegetables that are already washed and cut. This cuts out the time used in washing and drying the greens.

5 MINUTE SALAD (serves 4)

Two bags of chopped italian greens (these are the crunchiest I have found in Publix)

I container of baby red tomatoes

i avocado

i container of chopped mushrooms

I container of chopped onions

1 tablespoon Oringaa

DIRECTIONS

Wash mushrooms and throw in a saucepan, spice up with curry, salt, black pepper and red pepper. Sauté for 2 minutes

Throw everything else in a bowl including olive oil. Add the cooked mushrooms and stir.

1/2 cup Almond milk

1/2 teaspoon honey to taste

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Let it cool down a bit (using boiling hot water will kill off the nutrients in oringaa). Pour into your mug. Add cocoa powder, oringaa, milk and honey. Mix until oringaa is completely dissolved. Yum…!!!

  2. 1 cup spinach
  3. 1 cup kale
  4. 1 cup red bell peppers
  5. 1 cucumber
  6. 1 apple
  7. 1/2 squeezed lemon

Throw into blender and blend for about 2 minutes or until crushed.
